R & G Timber Components (formerly Trio Projects) is a family business, established in 1972. For close to 50 years they have been a leading supplier of high quality wood components for the furniture industry, to companies such as Parker Furniture, Burgess Furniture, Dream Haven Furniture and other major furniture companies in the Melbourne and surrounding areas.
Over time, as cheaper imports from China became more prevalent and many Australian furniture businesses closed down, R & G Timber Components has struck out on its own and now sells its products direct to the public. Their custom wood components are used by architects for projects such as hotel and restaurant re-fitting, major commercial interiors and private home decorations and renovations.
